Personalised Orders
As every personalised item is created specifically for you, customised products cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Non-Personalised Products
Unused non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
