How long does production take?
Most orders are prepared within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes 7-20 business days after dispatch. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £99.
Can I customise my jewellery?
Yes. Many TCGENIUS pieces can be customised with photos, names, dates, messages, videos, voice recordings, NFC links or other meaningful details.
Can I use a photo of my pet or loved one?
Yes. You can upload a pet photo, family photograph, memorial image or any memory that is special to you.
Do you accept returns?
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. Custom, engraved, photo, NFC, projection and 3D custom jewellery usually cannot be returned because of a change of mind.
