From crystal selection to sizing, costs, and delivery, these answers explain the TC GENIUS custom process.
How is my crystal combination selected?
Choose a stone or select Designer’s Choice. We consider your pet’s personality, birthday or adoption date, your shared story, color preferences, and the intention you carry together. A design uses no more than three crystals.
Can pets and owners have matching pieces?
Yes. Select a Pet + Parent Set to coordinate a pet collar with an owner bracelet or necklace. The pieces echo one another without needing to be identical.
Can I add a name tag?
Name-tag engraving is available on selected products or as a separate add-on. Follow the character limit shown on the product page.
Do you make pieces for cats or other companion animals?
Yes, when the design, size, weight, and hardware are appropriate. Cats should use a breakaway buckle where offered. Contact us before ordering for very small animals or unusual sizing needs.
How long will my order take?
Estimated production is normally 3–5 business days after all details are received. Estimated transit is normally 7–20 days after dispatch. Neither estimate is a guaranteed delivery date.
Can I return a custom piece?
Made-to-order and personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins. This does not affect remedies required by law for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly made goods.
Do crystals provide medical or behavioral benefits?
No medical, veterinary, training, or behavioral outcome is promised. Crystal meanings are offered as cultural symbolism and a personal emotional ritual.
Will my item look exactly like every product image?
Natural stones and handmade details vary in color, pattern, transparency, shape, and placement. Styled and modeled images illustrate the intended appearance. We send a finished-piece photo before dispatch.
Are shipping, duties, and taxes included?
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.
