Every TC GENIUS collar is handmade to order. Measure your pet’s neck with a soft tape before selecting a size; do not rely only on breed or weight.
Medium companions

Use the snug neck measurement.
Place a soft measuring tape where the collar naturally sits. Keep it snug without pulling the fur or skin. You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the collar and neck. Enter the exact measurement during customization—do not add extra room.
If your pet falls between sizes or has unusually dense fur, contact us before ordering.
Leather and hardware care
Keep the collar dry, wipe gently with a soft cloth, and store flat away from direct sun, perfume, and household chemicals. Do not machine wash.
Crystal module care
Remove detachable crystals before cleaning. Natural stones can chip if struck or dropped; handle them as decorative jewelry.
