How to measure
- Wrap a soft measuring tape where the collar will naturally sit.
- Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling it tight.
- Make sure you can slide two fingers between the tape and your pet’s neck.
- Enter the exact measurement in the customization form. Do not add extra room.
- If your pet falls between two sizes, select the larger size.
Do not select a size based only on breed or weight. Pets of the same breed can have different neck measurements.

TC GENIUS crystal collars are handcrafted fashion accessories. Crystal pendants and decorative chains should only be worn under supervision.
- Remove before sleeping, crate time, rough play, swimming or intense activity.

Returns & Cancellations
Because every collar is made to order, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Important Safety Information
This is a decorative custom collar intended for supervised wear. Remove it before sleeping, rough play, intense activity or any period when your pet is unattended. Crystal elements are removable decorative modules and should be inspected regularly. Do not allow your pet to chew or swallow any component.
For cats, choose a safety breakaway buckle whenever available. Do not attach a leash to a cat collar. For dogs, attach a leash only to the designated reinforced connection ring and assess suitability according to your pet’s size, strength and activity level.

Custom order policy
Request cancellation within 48 hours. Once material preparation or production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Personalized pieces are final sale except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order. Contact us promptly with your order number, packaging and clear photos. Customer measurement errors may require a paid adjustment.

Production and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Unless expressly shown as included at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
