How to measure
- Wrap a soft measuring tape where the collar will naturally sit.
- Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling it tight.
- Make sure you can slide two fingers between the tape and your pet’s neck.
- Enter the exact measurement in the customization form. Do not add extra room.
- If your pet falls between two sizes, select the larger size.
Do not select a size based only on breed or weight. Pets of the same breed can have different neck measurements.

Measure around the widest part of your pet’s neck using a soft measuring tape. Leave enough room to comfortably slide two fingers between the collar and the neck.
The finished collar may include an extension connector or one to two coordinating crystal beads to provide limited size adjustment.

Custom order policy
Request cancellation within 48 hours. Once material preparation or production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Personalized pieces are final sale except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order. Contact us promptly with your order number, packaging and clear photos. Customer measurement errors may require a paid adjustment.
