How to measure
- Wrap a soft measuring tape where the collar will naturally sit.
- Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling it tight.
- Make sure you can slide two fingers between the tape and your pet’s neck.
- Enter the exact measurement in the customization form. Do not add extra room.
- If your pet falls between two sizes, select the larger size.
Do not select a size based only on breed or weight. Pets of the same breed can have different neck measurements.

TC GENIUS crystal collars are handcrafted fashion accessories. Crystal pendants and decorative chains should only be worn under supervision.
- Remove before sleeping, crate time, rough play, swimming or intense activity.
- Inspect the leather, buckle, rings, chains and crystal attachments regularly.
- For cats, select XS or S and choose a safety breakaway buckle.
- Do not attach a leash to a decorative cat collar.

Custom order policy
Request cancellation within 48 hours. Once material preparation or production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Personalized pieces are final sale except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order. Contact us promptly with your order number, packaging and clear photos. Customer measurement errors may require a paid adjustment.
