How to measure
- Wrap a soft measuring tape where the collar will naturally sit.
- Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling it tight.
- Make sure you can slide two fingers between the tape and your pet’s neck.
- Enter the exact measurement in the customization form. Do not add extra room.
- If your pet falls between two sizes, select the larger size.
Do not select a size based only on breed or weight. Pets of the same breed can have different neck measurements.
Safety & Wear Guidance
TC GENIUS crystal collars are handcrafted fashion accessories. Crystal pendants and decorative chains should only be worn under supervision.
- Remove before sleeping, crate time, rough play, swimming or intense activity.
- Inspect the leather, buckle, rings, chains and crystal attachments regularly.
- For cats, select XS or S and choose a safety breakaway buckle.
- Do not attach a leash to a decorative cat collar.

Find Your Size
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet. Measure snugly without pulling the tape tight, then select the range that contains your wrist measurement. We will add the appropriate wearing ease when preparing your bracelet.
- XS: Wrist circumference 13.5–14.5 cm (5.3–5.7 in)
- S: Wrist circumference 14.5–15.5 cm (5.7–6.1 in)
- M: Wrist circumference 15.5–16.5 cm (6.1–6.5 in)
- L: Wrist circumference 16.5–17.5 cm (6.5–6.9 in)
- XL: Wrist circumference 17.5–18.5 cm (6.9–7.3 in)
- Custom: Enter an exact wrist measurement from 13–21 cm (5.1–8.3 in)
If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Custom Size Instructions
When selecting Custom size, enter your exact wrist circumference in centimetres. Measure directly against the skin without adding extra room. We will calculate the appropriate wearing ease for your bracelet.
Care Instructions
Keep your bracelet dry and avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, oils and household chemicals. Remove it before bathing, swimming, sleeping or exercise. Store separately in a soft pouch and wipe gently with a clean, dry and non-abrasive cloth after wear.

Stone colour, pattern, translucency and internal details may vary slightly between pieces. Screen settings and lighting conditions may also affect how colours appear. These variations contribute to the individual appearance of each bracelet.

After purchase, your designer reviews your choices and story. A finished-piece photo is sent before dispatch. One complimentary adjustment is included.
Size, wear & safety
Crystals are removable decorative modules. Remove during sleep, rough play, swimming and whenever your pet is unsupervised. Follow the size guide before ordering.
Custom order policy
Request cancellation within 48 hours. Once material preparation or production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. Personalized pieces are final sale except where required by law or where the item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order. Contact us promptly with your order number, packaging and clear photos. Customer measurement errors may require a paid adjustment.
